Privacy policy

ALIFARMA wants to show its greatest transparency and loyalty to its users and customers, guaranteeing that their personal data will be treated with absolute respect for the current regulations on Personal Data Protection.

ALIFARMA informs the users of its network about its personal data protection policy, so that they can freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide ALIFARMA with the personal data that may be required or that may be obtained from users when subscribing, registering, requesting or consulting through the ALIFARMA network.

We will process your personal data on the basis of your consent when you provide them using the contact email address on the website, to make any request or query in this regard or to attach your curriculum vitae (CV) and/or express your intention to take part in a selection process, as we consider that the simple use of the email address on the website is considered a manifestation or conduct that unequivocally indicates that you accept the processing by sending the message. Your personal data may be processed by suppliers who provide services to ALIFARMA in the selection processes and with whom it will have signed a processing manager contract. 

In any case, you will automatically receive a reply message to your e-mail address, informing you that your personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the personnel selection process in force at the time by the data controller and will be kept for a period of one year, after which it will be deleted.

II.- PURPOSES

The data provided may be used by ALIFARMA for the following purposes:

  • Manage the sending of information.
  • Provide the requested information about our company, our products and services.
  • To respond to requests you may make to us and to deal with any queries you may have about our products and services.

The data collected will be collected exclusively for the aforementioned explicit and legitimate purposes, and will not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with these purposes. In the event that further processing of personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected is planned, ALIFARMA will provide you, prior to such further processing, with information about this other purpose and any additional relevant information.

Unless the interested party makes a prior legitimate request for deletion or cancellation, the personal data provided will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which their processing was consented to. From the last interaction of the user/customer with ALIFARMA, the data will be kept for a maximum period of six years.

III.- STANDING

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject, ALIFARMA undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the user.

For this purpose, we provide you with this Privacy Policy, which you can accept by ticking the box provided for this purpose.

The communication of personal data requested by ALIFARMA is proportional and adjusted to the fulfilment of the previously informed purposes for which they are collected. The consent of the interested party/user is a prerequisite and necessary for the fulfilment of each of the purposes described, so that the omission of consent would make it impossible for ALIFARMA to provide services.

In general, you should refrain from sending us sensitive personal data (for example, data concerning your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health or illness, criminal record or trade union membership) and disclosing them via the website.

IV.- ADDRESSEES

In general, ALIFARMA will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except to the competent authorities, courts and public administrations to which it is obliged to provide them in compliance with the law, or with the user's express authorisation.

Therefore, by accepting this Privacy Policy, you authorise the transfer of your personal data to the Pintaluba Group companies (ANDRÉS PINTALUBA, S.A., INVERSIONES NÚÑEZ Y OLIVA, S.A., ANGLOXELL VALORES Y PARTICIPACIONES, S.A., ADIVETER, S.A., APSA GLOBAL EXPRESS, S.A., APSA INTEGRA EXPRESS, S.A. and APSA LOGÍSTICS, S.A.), the business group to which ALIFARMA belongs.

There are no plans to transfer your personal data internationally, neither to third countries nor to international organisations.

However, the data may be transferred to suppliers with access to data, with whom the obligations and responsibilities they assume in the processing of the data are formalised, in the capacity of

Data Processor.

V.- CONSERVATION

The personal data provided to ALIFARMA will be kept as long as the user/interested party does not revoke the consent given, and as long as it is essential and/or legitimate for the purpose for which it was collected.

VI.- RIGHTS

The user may request the exercise of the following rights before ALIFARMA:

  • Right of access: allows the data subject to know and obtain information about his or her personal data undergoing processing.
  • Right of rectification: allows you to correct errors, amend inaccurate or incomplete data, and ensure the accuracy of the information processed.
  • Right to restriction of processing: marking of retained personal data in order to limit their processing in the future.
  • Right to object: the data subject has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data. Following your request, ALIFARMA will stop processing the data in the manner indicated by the owner, unless for legitimate reasons or in the exercise or defence of possible claims it is essential to continue processing such personal data.
  • Right to data portabilityThe right of the data subject to receive from the controller, or to have transmitted to another controller, personal data which he or she has provided to the controller with his or her consent or in the performance of a contract and which are processed by automated means.
  • Right of deletion: allows the data subject to request the erasure of his or her personal data by the controller when such data are no longer necessary for the purpose of processing, when he or she withdraws consent, when the processing is unlawful or when there is a legal obligation to erase the data.
  •    To exercise any of the aforementioned rights, a written communication must be sent to ALIMENTACIÓN Y FARMACIA, S.A. (ALIFARMA), C/ Prudenci Bertrana, 19, Polígono Industrial Agro-Reus, 43206, de Reus; or by e-mail to alifarma@alifarma.com.
  • We will respond to your requests as soon as possible and in any case within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The person in charge shall inform the person concerned of the extension within one month of the request.
  • Likewise, should the data subject consider it appropriate, he/she may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

VII.- ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY

It is necessary that the user/interested party has read and agrees with the conditions on the protection of personal data contained in this Privacy Policy, as well as that he/she accepts the processing of his/her personal data so that the Data Controller can proceed in the manner, for the periods and for the purposes indicated.
