Alifarma is a member of the RIS3CAT Food Community INNOÀPAT, developing the PERFILS project since 2016.

Foods with enhanced nutritional profiles targeted at populations with specific nutritional requirements.

The PERFILS project is a consortium business initiative to respond to the growing demand for foods, food supplements and ingredients with a nutritional profile that is perfectly adapted to people who, due to various physiological conditions (allergies, intolerances, pathologies, etc.), need specific nutritional requirements and for whom there is very little diversity of suitable and safe food products.

Alifarma, through the PERFILS project, has focused on obtaining new ingredients and new formulations to obtain food products with an improved nutritional profile that, without affecting the organoleptic properties of the product, are suitable and beneficial for individuals with the aforementioned physiological conditions.

This project has been co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
