Data retention (LSSI)
ALIFARMA informs that, as a data hosting service provider and by virtue of the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the information necessary to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the service was initiated.
The retention of these data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used in the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security and made available to the authorities upon request.
The retention period for certain data or categories of data may, after consultation with operators, be extended or reduced by regulation up to a maximum of two years or a minimum of six months, taking into account the cost of storing and retaining the data and the interest of the data for the purposes of investigation, detection and prosecution of serious crime, after consultation with operators.
Advertising (LSSI)
In compliance with the provisions of art. 21 of the LSSI, we inform you that ALIFARMA will not send advertising communications by e-mail that have not been authorised by the recipients. When ALIFARMA sends this type of commercial communication by e-mail, the word "advertising" will appear at the beginning of the message.
