ALIFARMA wishes to show that it has the utmost transparency and loyalty to its users and clients by ensuring that their personal data is processed in a way that fully complies with the current personal data protection regulations.

ALIFARMA hereby informs the users of its website of its personal data protection policy, so that they may freely and voluntarily decide whether they want to provide ALIFARMA with any personal data that may be requested from them or which may be obtained from users when they subscribe, register or send a request or query via the ALIFARMA website.

II.- PURPOSES

The data provided may be used by ALIFARMA for the following purposes:

• To provide information requested about our company, products and services.
• To respond to any requests that you may send us and handle any queries that you send about our products and services.

IV.- RECIPIENTS

Therefore, by accepting this Privacy Policy, you authorise the transfer of your personal data to the companies in the Pintaluba Group (ANDRÉS PINTALUBA, S.A., INVERSIONES NÚÑEZ Y OLIVA, S.A., ANGLOXELL VALORES Y PARTICIPACIONES, S.A., ADIVETER, S.A., APSA GLOBAL EXPRESS, S.A., APSA INTEGRA EXPRESS, S.A. and APSA LOGISTICS, S.A.), the business group to which ALIFARMA belongs.

The international transfer of your personal data to third countries or international organisations is not foreseen.

However, the data may be transferred to providers with access to data, who assume the obligations and responsibilities inherent in data processing in their capacity as

Data Processors.

V.- RETENTION

The personal data provided to ALIFARMA shall be retained for as long as the user/data subject does not withdraw the consent that was given and as long as it is necessary and/or legitimate for the purpose for which it was collected.

VI.- RIGHTS

The user may send ALIFARMA a request to exercise the following rights:

• Right of access:this allows the data subject to know and obtain information about their personal data that is being processed.
• Right to rectification:this allows errors to be corrected and inaccurate or incomplete data to be changed and it ensures the accuracy of the information being processed.
• Right to restrict processing:the marking of stored personal data with the aim of restricting its processing in the future.
• Right to object:the data subject has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. After you make your request, ALIFARMA shall cease processing the data in the manner instructed by its owner, unless it is necessary to continue processing said personal data for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of legal claims.
• Right to data portability: This is the data subject’s right to receive from the data controller – or have transferred to another data controller – the personal data that they have provided to the controller with their consent or in the performance of a contract and which is processed automatically.
• Right to erasure:this enables the data subject to request that their personal data be erased by the data controller when said data is no longer necessary for the processing, when consent is withdrawn, when the processing is unlawful or when there is a legal obligation to erase the data.
• In order to exercise any of the aforesaid rights, written notice must be given, accompanied by the data subject’s identity document, addressed to ALIFARMA, S.A., C/ Prudenci Bertrana, 19, Polígono Industrial Agro-Reus, 43206, de Reus; or sent by email to alifarma@alifarma.com.
• We shall respond to your requests as quickly as possible and, in any event, within a month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, according to the complexity and number of requests. The controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within a month of the request being made.
• Furthermore, if the data subject deems it to be appropriate, they may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

VII.- ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY

The user/data subject must have read and agreed to the conditions of this Privacy Policy regarding personal data protection, and they must agree to their personal data being processed so that the data controller may proceed in the manner, for the periods and for the purposes set forth above.
